All these templates are created in Photoshop CS. Most will have a black background layer, and brightly colored shape layers. I use the bright colors to make sure you can see the edges after creating your clipping mask. Some layers have styles applied already, some are simply shapes. I hope you can find some helpful things here..and, if you do, let me know.

test number two
January 24th 2008Trying some more to make sure I have the layout workin’ before I start posting.
So I need this to be a bit longer of a post. Maybe I’ll put a quote or two in it.
“I have often thought that if photography were difficult in the true sense of the term-meaning that the creation of a simple photograph would entail as much time and effort as the production of a good watercolor or etching-there would be a vast improvement in total output. The sheer ease with which we can produce a superficial image often leads to creative disaster.”

Maybe another
In my mind’s eye, I visualize how a particular . . . sight and feeling will appear on a print. If it excites me, there is a good chance it will make a good photograph. It is an intuitive sense, an ability that comes from a lot of practice.

Lets see how that works.
